Job Description
Class B Sales Manager
Are you looking for an opportunity where you can help people by creating their dream “Away”? As a company in the midst of rapid growth, we are constantly innovating and creating new opportunities.
Lazydays of Tampa powered by Campers Inn RV is looking for a Class B Sales Manager. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and directing the sales activities of the company within our Class B motorhome segment to achieve sales objectives and grow this specialized area of our business.
With one of the largest Class B selections in the country, we are taking the next step in creating a dedicated Class B experience at our Tampa location. This includes dedicated manufacturer display sections, upfitter stations, a specialized sales team, and a customer experience designed specifically around the Class B buyer.
We are looking for a Sales Manager who will live and breathe the Class B business—someone who is excited about becoming a true expert in the segment, building a strong team, growing sales, and helping shape the future of our Class B business. While proven experience within the Class B segment is highly desirable, we recognize that specialized experience may be limited and are equally interested in strong sales leaders with the drive and ability to develop deep expertise in this category.
This role will initially focus on the Tampa location, with the potential to help develop and expand the Class B model into additional Campers Inn RV locations in the future.
At Campers Inn RV, we’re more than a dealership—we’re a team driven by purpose, innovation, and a commitment to helping people enjoy the RV lifestyle and find their AWAY. Our vision is to be the RVer’s Trusted Resource for our employees, customers, and partners, and to lead the industry through forward-thinking ideas and positive change. As we continue to expand across the country and prepare for global growth, we’re proud to offer meaningful career paths, strong development opportunities, and the chance to make a real impact in the communities we serve.
Founded in 1966 by Art and Fran Hirsch, Campers Inn RV has grown into the Nation’s Largest Family-Operated RV Dealership, with nearly 50 locations in over 20 states. Our family-focused roots still guide us today—treating every employee and customer with fairness, respect, and genuine care. Our dedication to excellence has earned us national recognition. Since 2010, we’ve been named a Top 50 RV Dealership in the U.S. every year and were recently honored by RVBusiness as one of the Top 5 Blue Ribbon RV Dealerships in the industry.
Join Campers Inn RV and be part of a company where your career can grow, your contributions are valued, and your work truly makes a difference.
