You will work closely with clients across multiple industries, guiding them through Workday Adaptive Planning implementations and helping optimize financial planning, forecasting, and operational processes. Accountabilities:
  • Lead and support Workday Adaptive Planning implementations, including discovery sessions, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
  • Analyze current-state business processes and design future-state solutions aligned with client objectives and operational needs
  • Configure planning sheets, structures, reports, Office Connect integrations, and other Workday Adaptive functionalities
  • Execute data transformation and migration activities while supporting validation and user acceptance testing processes
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices related to planning, forecasting, financial transformation, and process optimization
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while effectively managing project expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  • Collaborate with internal teams on practice development initiatives, knowledge sharing, mentoring, recruiting, and operational improvements
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience implementing Workday Adaptive Planning and related Workday solutions
  • Proven experience participating in or leading end-to-end Adaptive Planning implementations
  • Strong understanding of system configuration, planning models, reporting, and integration processes
  • Previous consulting experience within enterprise software or digital transformation projects is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to balance strategic and operational perspectives
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to foster collaboration across teams and client environments
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt in a fast-paced consulting setting
  • Current Workday certifications are considered a strong asset
  • Experience managing multiple deployments concurrently is a plus
