VP Field Marketing

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a VP Field Marketing in France.

This executive-level role is focused on driving regional marketing strategy, pipeline growth, and brand leadership across Europe within a fast-scaling cybersecurity environment. You will lead the development and execution of high-impact field marketing initiatives that support revenue generation across enterprise, corporate, and SMB segments. The position combines strategic leadership with hands-on collaboration across sales, global marketing, alliances, communications, and product teams. You will shape customer engagement programs, localized campaigns, and market expansion strategies in a highly competitive and innovation-driven industry. This role requires a strong balance of data-driven decision-making, creative thinking, and operational execution. You will lead high-performing regional teams while influencing broader global marketing priorities and contributing directly to business growth across Europe.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute the regional field marketing strategy aligned with company-wide growth and revenue objectives.
  • Partner closely with sales leadership to drive demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer acquisition initiatives across Europe.
  • Lead regional campaigns, brand awareness initiatives, and market development programs across multiple customer segments.
  • Collaborate with global marketing, product marketing, communications, and alliances teams to localize messaging and optimize regional impact.
  • Build and execute customer advocacy and experience-driven marketing programs that strengthen engagement and retention.
  • Drive a data-focused marketing culture by monitoring performance metrics, analyzing campaign effectiveness, and optimizing investments accordingly.
  • Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitor activity, and regional dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional marketing teams while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing touchpoints in the region.
Requirements:
  • Extensive leadership experience in field marketing, demand generation, or regional marketing within high-growth cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth and business expansion.
  • Strong experience leading multi-functional marketing teams across brand awareness, customer engagement, and demand generation activities.
  • Deep understanding of regional marketing execution and alignment with global business strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities and experience using metrics to guide marketing investment decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align sales and marketing around shared goals.
