Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.

By effectively collaborating on the network operations team, the Senior Tech Operations Specialist will provide monitoring, statusing and maintenance of network operations, to include switching equipment, radio equipment and data communications equipment. This will entail defining, designing and implementing network communications and solution improvements for performance and reliability. - Extensive knowledge of communications systems and network operations
- Solid knowledge in the technical application of network management systems and corresponding tools such as HP Openview GUI interface, Linux and Windows OS and REMEDY (or equivalent) based trouble reporting and tracking
- Strong ability to develop solutions to highly complex problems that require significant ingenuity, innovation and creativity
- Solid communication skills to interface with customers of the system or network
- Commitment to ongoing professional development

Combined Salary Range
USD $82,015.00 - USD $88,743.00 /Yr.
