• Care deeply about guest experience and hospitality
• Bring confidence, personality, and positive energy
• Are comfortable talking with guests and answering questions
• Love teamwork and thrive in a busy setting
• Have high-volume restaurant or bar experience
  (Preferred, but we’ll train you!)
  

• Creating standout guest experiences alongside your team
• Helping guests navigate the menu with close attention to allergens and dietary needs
• Confidently highlighting craft cocktails, local beers, and unique beverage options
• Guiding guests on how to get the most out of Punch Bowl Social
• Following steps of service to meet brand standards
• Using TOAST POS to enter orders and process payments
• Keeping tables dialed in—everything guests need, nothing they don’t
• Assisting with stocking and maintaining the server station
