Title: Cookie Booth Partnership Associate

Reports to: Vice President of Product Program

Supervises: None

Position: Part-time, Seasonal

Location: 4610 Eisenhower Blvd, Tampa, FL 33634

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES


The product program booth associate supports the product program staff and members involved in the cookie booth program. Primary focus is on researching, contacting and securing council partnership level booths, customer/member engagement, inputting data in eBudde system, and ensuring accuracy of all data collected and entered. Assignment starts June 1, 2026, through April 1, 2027.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Research, in coordination with Vice President of Product Program, council partnership level booth businesses and contacts businesses to develop potential cookie booth relationships.
  • Coordinates Girl Scout volunteers to appreciate and steward their local cookie booth locations – sharing stories of impact and celebrating success.
  • Data entry includes inputting booth information into eBudde system.
  • Communicates with previously approved council level booth businesses to secure booth locations for Service Units.
  • Communicates with service units to collaborate with securing council level booth locations and ensures accuracy of all booth information submitted by service units.
  • Provides excellent customer service to inside/outside customers regarding cookie program.
  • Performs administrative functions in support of product program department, including office services, data entry, correspondence preparation, customer service, maintenance of records and report management.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school graduate or equivalent and three to five years administrative work experience.
  • Demonstrate customer-centric communication and decision making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook e-mail and calendar; working knowledge of eBudde is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, including an excellent command of grammar, spelling and punctuation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in organizing tasks, time, and materials in order to establish priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports.
  • Working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment.
