Job Description:
As a Welder/Fabricator, you’ll weld and build custom stainless-steel components and assemblies from prints and shop drawings. You’ll set up your machine, fit parts, run clean welds, and finish the job right—working safely, keeping quality high, and helping the team hit deadlines.
- Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as needed for process.
- Fit, tack, and weld parts using proper fixturing to hold tolerances as required.
- Ability to read blueprints / drawings.
- Cut, prep, and finish stainless parts (grind, deburr, clean) so welds and surfaces meet quality standards.
- Use shop tools safely (band saw, drill press, grinders, hand tools).
- Keep your area clean and organized.
- Work with the team to keep jobs moving, communicate effectively, and help meet production schedules.

Education Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
Preferred Experience, but not required:
- Stainless Steel Tig Welding Experience – at least 2 years
- Fabrication Experience – at least 2 years
- Technical welding diploma
