This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic HR analytics professional to build and advance a modern people analytics capability that drives smarter workforce decisions. In this role, you will shape data strategy, strengthen HR data governance, and transform workforce information into actionable insights for business leaders. You will partner with HR, technology, finance, and business stakeholders to improve data quality, reporting maturity, and analytics adoption across the organization. This position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, offering the opportunity to influence how organizations use people data to support growth and employee outcomes. As a senior individual contributor, you will play a key role in developing scalable analytics solutions, executive dashboards, and future-focused workforce strategies in a collaborative remote environment.

• Develop and execute a people analytics strategy that enables data-driven decision-making and supports broader workforce priorities.
• Establish and improve HR data governance practices, including data ownership, stewardship, quality standards, and accountability frameworks.
• Partner with HR Operations, HR Business Partners, Technology, and Finance teams to strengthen HR data foundations and analytics capabilities.
• Lead HR data quality initiatives, including assessment, cleansing, remediation, and optimization of HR systems and related data sources.
• Design, maintain, and enhance enterprise workforce scorecards, dashboards, and reporting solutions that support leadership decisions.
• Define and manage key workforce metrics across areas such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, internal mobility, total rewards, compliance, and inclusion analytics.
• Translate complex workforce data into clear insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Build a roadmap to evolve people analytics from descriptive reporting toward predictive and prescriptive insights.
• Identify opportunities to leverage analytics for business challenges including retention, hiring effectiveness, pay equity, workforce planning, and employee experience.
• Evaluate and recommend analytics platforms, reporting tools, and technology solutions that improve HR analytics maturity.
• Drive adoption of data standards, reporting practices, and new ways of working through communication, training, and change management initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor by influencing stakeholders and promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making.

• 5–7+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, workforce analytics, HRIS analytics, or related HR data functions.
• Strong hands-on experience with HR information systems, with UKG Pro experience strongly preferred.
• Proven experience implementing or managing HR data governance, data quality, reporting, or data management programs.
• Experience improving HR data environments through remediation, transformation, or system optimization initiatives.
• Strong understanding of core HR functions, including workforce planning, talent management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and inclusion analytics.
• Advanced experience with workforce reporting, trend analysis, dashboard development, and insight generation.
• Experience using business intelligence and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with data modeling concepts, system integrations, and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Strong consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects, challenge assumptions, and drive organizational change.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills and attention to detail.
• Experience developing executive-facing workforce dashboards, supporting global organizations, or advancing analytics maturity is considered an advantage.

• Competitive salary range of $100,000–$130,000 USD, plus eligibility for bonus compensation.
