Job Description
Reports to:
Records Manager
Qualifications:
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to learn and understand computer tracking programs.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Prior aircraft records experience preferred.
• Highly Prefer prior FlightDocs (Veryon) experience.
• Ability to work a flexible 5 days a week shift to include some weekends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
These shall include, but are not limited to the following:
• Performing daily administration of aircraft records.
• Verifying maintenance paperwork and ensure it has been completed accurately.
• Scanning and cataloging completed paperwork to maintain orderly system of aircraft digital and physical files.
• Ensuring aircraft records have been entered into the computer tracking system and are tracking correctly.
• Performing daily audits of aircraft paperwork.
• Assisting in new aircraft audits and onboarding process.
• Providing aircraft reports as required.
• Making recommendations to the Manager of CASS/Records and the DQC for process improvement and efficiency.
