ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly capable Employee Journey Operations Specialist to join our People Support Center Team. Supporting employees globally, this role will drive end-to-end employee lifecycle operations (hire to retire), ensure a seamless, high-quality employee experience while building and scaling best-in-class processes.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, job changes, mobility, leave administration, and offboarding. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of cases from intake through closure.
  • Case Management & Service Delivery: Handle employee inquiries through the case management system, including logging, routing, tracking, escalation, and resolution. Deliver high-quality support within SLA timelines and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing responsive, professional, and solution-focused support to employees and managers. Communicate clearly and use sound judgment when handling both routine and sensitive matters.
  • Customer Service: Act as a representative of the PSC in day-to-day employee interactions, delivering responsive, professional, and solution-oriented support. Ensure a high-quality employee experience while consistently applying PSC and company policies, standards, and governance requirements.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a high standard of accuracy across data entry, documentation, reporting, and process execution. Prioritize effectively, manage multiple tasks, and work with speed and discipline in a high-volume environment.
  • Payroll, Time & Leave Coordination: Support payroll-related changes and coordinate closely with payroll teams to ensure accurate processing and execution of employee data, leave administration, and time-related activities.
  • Compliance & Data Privacy: Follow labor laws, HR policies, internal controls, and data privacy requirements, including GDPR where applicable. Handle sensitive employee information with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work, and improve service quality. Contribute ideas, support implementation of improvements, and help enhance the employee experience.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and maintain standard operating procedures, FAQs, and knowledge articles to support team consistency and employee self-service.
  • Reporting & Service Insights: Support KPI and SLA tracking, reporting, and service analysis to identify trends and improve operational performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HRBPs, COEs, payroll teams, and PSC Center colleagues to ensure smooth execution, clear handoffs, and consistent support globally.
  • Global Support: where relevant, support multi-country operations and contribute to process standardization, governance, and global people initiatives as needed.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG

  • 2+ years of experience in People/HR Operations with strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle
  • Experience operating in a high-volume shared services environment
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, manage time well, and focus on high-impact work, with sound judgment on when to escalate issues appropriately
  • Strong ownership mindset with high attention to detail and accountability

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and simply
  • Ability to build trusted relationships and provide sound thought partnership across stakeholders
  • Ability to work with speed and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Exposure to process improvement and standardization initiatives
  • Experience supporting multi-country operations
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; fluency in English
  • Additional language capabilities are an advantage
  • Working knowledge of labor law, compliance, and data protection requirements across multiple countries.
