Customer Success Executive

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Executive based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to manage strategic customer relationships and drive long-term value across a portfolio of impactful organizations.
You will own retention, expansion, and customer success strategies while building trusted partnerships with executive stakeholders.
The position combines relationship management, business strategy, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable outcomes.
You will translate customer insights into actionable plans that improve adoption, strengthen partnerships, and support sustainable growth.
Working with internal teams across product, operations, marketing, and support, you will help customers maximize the value of innovative solutions.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align customer objectives with solutions, driving retention, expansion, adoption, and long-term value.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers, building strong relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Identify customer goals, success metrics, and value drivers while creating strategies that demonstrate measurable impact.
  • Lead complex renewal and expansion discussions, including pricing strategies, contract terms, procurement processes, and partnership negotiations.
  • Analyze customer usage data, network performance, and business outcomes to create insights, ROI analyses, and executive-level recommendations.
  • Plan and facilitate business reviews with customers, connecting performance outcomes to future initiatives and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Product, Operations, Marketing, Support, and other teams to resolve challenges, improve adoption, and deliver customer success plans.
  • Design adoption strategies, enablement programs, and workflows that increase engagement and maximize customer value.
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, expansion opportunities, risk indicators, and account information within CRM systems.
  • Gather customer feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to influence product improvements and business strategies.
  • Act as a customer advocate internally by coordinating resources and driving initiatives that improve customer outcomes.
  • Contribute to customer success best practices, playbooks, and process improvements that help scale the organization.

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience managing enterprise-level customer relationships, strategic accounts, or complex client partnerships.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic success plans, define measurable outcomes, and communicate business impact to executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing complex programs and creating frameworks that connect activities to measurable results.
  • Strong ability to advocate for customers internally and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working with healthcare, government, social services, or other mission-driven organizations is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote and fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a focus on measurable impact.
  • Experience with CRM tools, reporting systems, and customer success platforms is preferred.
  • Must be based in Nebraska and able to support occasional travel requirements.
