MANAGER, PLANNING PROJECT in Selangor at KLK Land Staging

The Manager, Planning Project will oversee the planning and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. This role requires strong leadership to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project schedules effectively. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering project management and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within scope. This position plays a critical role in driving project success through strategic planning and resource management.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for civil engineering projects.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed to address delays or issues.
• Lead risk management efforts to identify potential project challenges and develop mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate communication across departments to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in civil engineering.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in civil engineering project planning and management.
