Role Overview

We are hiring an entry-level Marketing Coordinator (0 to 2 years of experience) eager to launch their career in digital marketing, campaign optimization, and marketing analytics within the healthcare/dental industry. Working alongside experienced team members, you will assist with performance marketing, patient acquisition channels, and KPI reporting across multiple regional dental practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a growth-minded individual looking for mentorship and hands-on professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Campaigns: Support the setup, monitoring, and day-to-day management of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, local SEO/SEM, and social media outreach.
  • Data Analysis & KPI Reporting: Assist in tracking, measuring, and organizing performance metrics across web traffic, ad spend, and conversion rates to help build monthly reports for practice leaders.
  • Healthcare & Dental Education: Help draft educational, patient-centric ad copy, website content, and social posts that align with HIPAA guidelines and practice brand standards.
  • Local Practice Growth: Coordinate directly with practice teams to support custom local market promotions and elevate practice brand visibility.
  • Process Support: Maintain structured marketing workflows, organize assets, and assist in testing new growth channels.

Tech Stack & Desired Skills

  • Analytics & Business Intelligence: Basic familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Excel/Google Sheets for data tracking.
  • Paid Media Platforms: Foundational knowledge or exposure to Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager) and Google Ads.
  • SEO & Reputation Management: Exposure to Google Business Profile management and local SEO basics.
  • Marketing Automation & Content: Familiarity with email tools (e.g., Mailchimp) or CMS platforms.
  • Design & Copywriting (preferred, not required): Basic experience creating graphics in Canva or Adobe Illustrator, and writing professional content in an established brand voice.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience or relevant internship experience in digital marketing, communications, or analytics. Healthcare or dental interest is a plus.
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong willingness and ability to learn digital marketing software including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and GA4.
  • Patient Focus: Driven by the needs of patients and communities, eager to support clinical teams and connect patients with the best dental care.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or Business preferred
