This is more than a traditional mechanic position. We are looking for someone who can diagnose and repair vehicles, stay ahead of preventive maintenance, identify problems before they become breakdowns, and help ensure our Operations team has the vehicles it needs every day.
If you take pride in fixing things correctly, keeping an organized shop, and knowing that the vehicles you maintain directly impact the safety of our guests and team, this could be a great fit.

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance.
- Inspect vehicles and identify safety or mechanical concerns.
- Maintain tires, lights, batteries, brakes, and other vehicle systems.
- Troubleshoot GPS, cameras, and onboard vehicle equipment.
- Keep preventive maintenance schedules current.
- Coordinate repairs with outside shops when needed.
- Order and manage parts and maintenance inventory.
- Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records.
- Communicate vehicle status with Dispatch and Operations.
- Help ensure enough vehicles are ready each day to meet our operating schedule.
- Identify recurring vehicle issues and recommend solutions.
Our fleet includes passenger vans, SUVs, and mini-coach buses operating throughout Colorado mountain conditions.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5+ years of automotive or fleet maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with commercial vehicles, Ford Transit vans, SUVs, or fleet operations is a plus.
- Knowledge of brakes, tires, suspension, electrical systems, and preventive maintenance.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to manage multiple maintenance priorities.
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of fleet condition.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Strong communication skills.
What Success Looks Like
You will know you are succeeding when:
- Preventive maintenance is completed on schedule.
- Vehicles are safe and ready when Operations needs them.
- Preventable road failures are rare.
- Repairs are completed correctly the first time.
- Maintenance records are complete and accurate.
- Vehicle downtime is minimized.
- Drivers and Dispatch know the status of vehicles needing repair.
