Floater Porter at Custom Protective Services – New York, New York

Safety Clean LLC seeks an on- call floater Porter for Various Locations

Shifts:

TBD based on availability

General Requirements:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures and clean, dust, and wipe furniture; sweep, mop, or vacuum floors; empty/clean wastebaskets and trash receptacles; replace light bulbs; refill restroom dispenser
• Use and maintain assigned power equipment and hand tools; buffers, auto scrubbers, extractors, high-pressure washers, high-speed buffers, and vacuums, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, etc
• Follow instructions regarding the use of chemicals and supplies. Use as directed.
• Perform cleaning and related activities such as removing snow or debris from sidewalks using hand shovels and exterior squeegees. Use salt spreaders to distribute calcium chloride
• Daily interaction with customers, vendors & supervisors in a professional manner

Job Qualifications:

• Must have relevant experience
• High school Diploma/GED required
• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic, reliable, punctual, and dependable
