Position Summary

Our Part-Time Floor Technician (Environmental Services/Custodian) is responsible for following established policies and procedures to maintain all facilities in a clean, sanitary and attractive condition. Additional responsibilities may include light maintenance. Rotating Weekends schedule.

Shifts Available:

• Part Time
• Full-Time
• Afternoon/Evenings 4:00pm to 8:00pm (ask about other flexible hours)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must possess basic personal computer knowledge and skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred OR relatable life and/or work experience to be verified by references and/or employment verification.
• Basic knowledge of chemicals utilized in routine cleaning helpful.
• Familiarity with acute emotionally challenged children or adolescents helpful.

Responsibilities:

• Assure that cleaning chemicals and paper products are always stocked and in sufficient supply.
• Perform any duties requested by the Supervisor to insure a safe and clean environment for our clients.
• Clean assigned areas of the facility as directed by the supervisor.
• Report unsafe conditions observed on your shift to a department Supervisor.
• Ability to learn and perform all aspects of floor maintenance.
