Assistant Analyst at Rootquotient Staging – Secunderabad, Telangāna

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks including invoicing, expense management, accounts receivable and payable, statutory compliance, bank reconciliation, and assisting with financial planning and performance analysis. This role requires someone with a basic understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for learning and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate and issue invoices to clients for recurring services and project completions.
2. Record and manage expenses and purchase bills accurately and efficiently.
3. Maintain regular follow-up with clients to manage accounts receivables effectively.
4. Execute weekly payment cycles for accounts payables.
5. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including timely filing of returns and payments.
6. Reconcile credit card and bank statements to ensure accuracy and transparency.
7. Collaborate with auditors, bankers, and other stakeholders to meet their requirements.
8. Assist in financial planning and performance analysis as needed.
9. Perform bookkeeping duties for three entities within the organization.
10. Maintain statutory and accounting registers in compliance with regulatory standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

1. Basic knowledge in accounting principles and practices.

2. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field preferred.-

1. A minimum of 1-2 yrs. Of experience. / Fresher
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
5. Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
6. Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not mandatory.
