Pivotal in driving the growth and success of Witham Health Services by assisting in the development of strategic business initiatives, implementing effective marketing campaigns, and enhancing communication strategies to engage with key stakeholders. Responsible to assist in development and implementation of marketing strategies in support of Witham's mission, vision and growth strategies. Responsible for partnering with leadership to plan and develop compelling marketing and community initiatives that translates complex concepts into understandable and inspiring messages targeting key audiences.

• Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, communication, healthcare administration or a related field.
• Five years of proven experience in business, healthcare marketing, website management, digital marketing, communications, healthcare administration or related roles within the healthcare industry.
• Master's Degree in business administration, marketing, communication, healthcare administration or a related field preferred.
• Ten years of proven experience in business, marketing, communications, healthcare administration or related roles within the healthcare industry preferred.
