Who we want
The Support Services department is the connector of My Possibilities. As the Enrollment Manager, you would have the honor and privilege to directly support our applicants and HIPsters and make everyday count for them. The Enrollment Manager ensures that those interested in attending My Possibilities have the needed information about our program and that our organization has the documentation needed to continue to support. Success factors include compassion for different abilities/disabilities, a desire to help applicants find the right program for them, a logical and organized approach to work, and a passion for serving our mission. Thinking of HIPsters first in all decision-making and strong communication skills to HIPsters, families, and staff will make you a great fit for this role.

Essential Functions:
- Supervise the Enrollment Management team including Admissions Coordinators and/or specialist, Orientation Coordinator and Registrar.
- Make and communicate enrollment decisions.
- Monitor waitlist and coordinate with Program teams to bring in new HIPsters.
- Oversee Admissions software.
- Oversee Admissions Process, making changes to increase efficiency.
- Oversee Orientation Program, making changes to increase efficiency.
- Oversee HIPster records and documentation.
- Coordinate with all departments at My Possibilities to connect families with support services.
- Lead tours and presentations about My Possibilities to families, local agencies, school districts and community partners.
- Maintain a high level of communication with clients, parents, and community partners.
- Coordinate Prospective HIPster Open Houses.
- Coordinate Admissions events.
Competencies (Knowledge, skills, and abilities):
- Experience working with adults with I/DD
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Spanish or sign language, a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
Experience:
- 2+ years working with people with disabilities, especially I/DD
- 1+ years working in an admissions department or making admissions decisions, a plus
Specialized Knowledge, Skills, Licenses, etc.:
- Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record and valid car insurance required.
- Must be able to clear a background check with no related offenses jeopardizing the integrity of our program.

Working Conditions:
- Typically based on campus in an open office environment.
- Extensive sitting with occasional long periods of standing or walking for tours or events.
- Occasional day travel to various events in the DFW area.
- Some weekends or evenings may be required.
All potential employees must pass a background check and drug screen test.
