Shift Supervisor at North-Wend Foods Inc. – Fairbanks, Alaska

Shift Supervisors, as directed, supervise operational activities during non – service hours and assist exempt management in supervision during service hours. The position may supervise operational activities during non – peak service hours after the restaurant dining room closes and for limited times during management sickness, vacation, training classes, bank runs, emergencies ,etc. The shift supervisor must complete all training assignments with in the assigned deadline. This individual must have leadership experience, high personal hygiene standards, and be customer focus driven.
