Position Summary:Job Summary: The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst partners with Revenue and GTM leaders to support planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role focuses on building analytical models, generating insights, and supporting data-driven decision making across the revenue organization.

Essential Responsibilities / Duties

  • Partner with GTM and Revenue leadership to support business planning and performance analysis

  • Build and maintain financial and operational models, including quota and compensation analysis, headcount and capacity modeling, incentive plan support, pricing and packaging analysis, and SaaS metrics (pipeline, bookings, retention, LTV, CAC, payback)

  • Support forecasting processes and ongoing performance tracking

  • Conduct scenario analysis to evaluate business decisions and tradeoffs

  • Translate data into insights and recommendations for business stakeholders

  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across revenue and margin performance

  • Support territory planning and quota setting processes

  • Contribute to the development of dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility

  • Perform analysis on customer segmentation, pricing, and funnel performance

  • Help define and track key performance metrics aligned to business goals

  • Partner with data and systems teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility

  • Support continuous improvement of GTM processes, reporting, and tools

Minimum Requirements

  • 4–7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A, or similar analytical roles

  • Strong experience in financial modeling (Excel required)

  • Experience working with large datasets and business performance metrics

  • Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Power BI (or similar BI tools), including data modeling and dashboard development

  • SQL or Snowflake experience preferred

  • Familiarity with SaaS or recurring revenue business models

  • Experience supporting sales, customer success, or GTM teams

  • Exposure to compensation analysis, pricing, or ROI modeling

  • Internal Equivalency Experience

  • At least 3 years of SPS experience and exposure to related/relevant areas of practice of expertise

Location:

This role follows a hybrid work model, with regular in-office presence required at our Minneapolis office (2 days per week)

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.

The annual salary range for this role is: $76,700- $118,900. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
