We are currently looking for a Warehouse Operative - Value Added Services (VAS) who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment across B2B and Marketplace channels, ensuring all work is completed accurately, safely, and on time while maintaining company quality standards and operational efficiency.
- Perform kitting, assembly, bundling, labeling, and repackaging tasks in line with instructions and specifications.
- Prepare products for B2B and Marketplace channels, including packaging changes, compliance labeling, and customization.
- Support quality control activities, including product inspections and verification of labeling, packaging, and product condition.
- Carry out product rework tasks such as relabeling, repackaging, and corrective actions as required.
- Ensure all completed work meets company quality standards and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate counts of materials and finished goods, reporting any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Support inventory checks, stock movements, and general warehouse activities during peak periods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following OSHA guidelines and company safety procedures.
- Experience working in a warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or fulfilment environment (preferred).
- Experience with kitting, assembly, packaging, QC, or rework activities is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures accurately.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with a reliable and punctual approach to work.
- Basic computer skills are preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age due to the nature of products handled.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
