LPN Hospice Admissions Coordinator Roswell at Blue Summit Hospice and Palliative Care – Roswell, Georgia

Blue Summit Hospice & Palliative Care is looking for an experienced hospice LPN to join our office team in McDonough/Snellville.

This is a full time in office position. Homecare Homebase experience is required.

Responsibilities:- Enter referrals- Answer phones and direct clinical traffic- Visit patients if needed- Assist Director of Nursing with EMR management and documentation- Run reports- Manage data

Skills:The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:- Hospice knowledge and experience- EMR experience- Office Management experience
