In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing friendly, efficient service that embodies our commitment to hospitality excellence. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, guest satisfaction, and seamless hotel operations. Duties:
Shifts include 1st and 2nd
Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they step into the hotel.
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experiences.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Maintain excellent phone etiquette when communicating with guests and vendors over various communication channels.
Assist with night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests swiftly and effectively.
Uphold high standards of guest services and hospitality management to foster guest loyalty and positive reviews.
Skills
Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs courteously and efficiently.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele better.
Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest relations and hotel operations.
Familiarity with night audit procedures, multi-line phone systems, and front desk technology tools.
Excellent communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette for engaging with guests over the phone or in person.
