This role sits at the intersection of HR operations, systems administration, and data analytics, supporting the smooth functioning of critical People processes across a global organization. You will play a key role in optimizing and maintaining HR systems, primarily Workday, ensuring data accuracy, system reliability, and seamless employee experience across multiple HR cycles such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and open enrollment. The position requires close collaboration with HR, Total Rewards, Talent, and IT teams to deliver efficient, compliant, and scalable HR technology solutions. You will also contribute to system enhancements, reporting solutions, and process improvements that strengthen HR operational excellence. Operating in a fast-paced, remote-first environment, the role demands strong analytical thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities. This is a highly impactful position where data, systems, and people processes come together to support the full employee lifecycle.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, configuring, and optimizing HR systems and processes to ensure seamless execution of global People Operations activities.
- Provide end-to-end systems support for key HR cycles including open enrollment, performance management, and compensation planning
- Configure, test, and maintain Workday modules including HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, and Performance
- Build and maintain EIBs, dashboards, and advanced Workday reports to support business needs
- Ensure data integrity across HR systems and integrations through regular validation and monitoring
- Deliver Tier I/II support via ticketing systems, resolving employee and manager inquiries efficiently
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate complex problems when required
- Support SOX compliance activities including audits, documentation, and access control processes
- Contribute to HR systems projects, enhancements, and continuous process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings strong Workday expertise, analytical capability, and experience supporting HR systems in a global or fast-paced environment.
- 6+ years of total professional experience, including 3+ years in Workday configuration and administration
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday modules (HCM, Compensation, Performance, Recruiting)
- Experience building EIBs, advanced reports, dashboards, and data extracts in Workday
- Background in HR systems analysis, data management, and HR process support
- Experience supporting cyclical HR programs such as performance and compensation reviews
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and Tier 1–3 HR support models
- Knowledge of SOX compliance, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
