We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Human Resources Representative to support day-to-day HR operations. This hybrid role combines remote work with occasional in-office responsibilities and is ideal for someone who is organized, people-focused, and comfortable handling confidential information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures
• Help administer HR programs, including training and performance tracking
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws
• Assist with payroll preparation and timekeeping review (if applicable)
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred
• Previous HR or administrative experience is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a hybrid environment
