Driver – Senior Living Facility

Grand Villa of Ocala is seeking a dedicated and responsible full-time driver to join our team and support our residents’ transportation needs. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a caring community by ensuring safe and reliable transportation services for our senior residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate company vehicles to transport residents to appointments, outings, and other destinations

- Assist residents with boarding and disembarking from vehicles as needed

- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle, including regular inspections and reporting any issues

- Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safety at all times

- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents

- Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being during transportation

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Proven experience in driving, preferably in a senior care or healthcare setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to assist residents with mobility and provide compassionate service

- Knowledge of local roads and navigation

- Ability to work flexible hours, approximately 30-32 hours per week

- Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
