You will have autonomy to experiment, iterate quickly, and make measurable impact on recruitment outcomes. - Design and implement scalable employer brand programs aligned with company values and hiring strategy
- Build and manage a content calendar across social, blog, email, and internal communication channels
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to create custom brand toolkits for hard-to-fill roles
- Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to ensure consistent candidate-facing messaging
- Develop measurement frameworks to track engagement, reach, and impact of brand initiatives
- Create repeatable systems, templates, and operating models to streamline program execution
- Advise on brand strategy and support the Talent Events lead without managing logistics
- 5+ years of experience in employer brand or talent brand program management
- Proven ability to build brand strategy and execute initiatives end-to-end
- Strong program management skills with a systems-thinking approach
- Exceptional writing and editing abilities, with a strong eye for narrative and voice
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-changing, high-velocity environment
- Experience with data and analytics to track campaigns, measure performance, and optimize strategies (preferred)
- Strong collaboration skills to work across Talent, Marketing, and Leadership teams
