Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety guidelines Interact with customers regularly and professionally
• Servicing customers and taking orders
• Quickly and accurately handle financial transactions of all types
• Complete customer orders with strict adherence to recipes, delivering consistent quality and customer satisfaction
• Create and serve various menu items, including ice cream, acai bowls, desserts, smoothies, and coffee
• Comply with health and safety regulations
• Maintain cleanliness of the barista area, sanitize equipment, and replenish supplies

• Proven working experience as a barista
• High integrity with a great attendance record
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to listen and communicate effectively
• Knowledge in latte art
• Ability to memorize menu items and ingredients
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Ability to work closely with the barista team and to communicate effectively with co-workers, guests, and management
