Competency checklist completed by peer trainer. Physician confidence is high to work independently with all procedures to begin call rotation.

Normal hospital environment. Close eye work. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Frequent exposure to mechanical hazards. Operates computer, treadmill, spirometer, telephone, Holter scanner. Frequent standing, walking, bending and stooping. Lifting, carrying up to 20 lbs.
