Day & Employment Programs and Residential Programs supporting individuals with intellectual & developmental disabilities.

CCARC is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Whether in our Residential, Day, or Employment Programs, you’ll help people live meaningful, fulfilling, and independent lives.

• ✔ Hiring managers on-site for immediate interviews

• Support individuals with daily living activities
• Encourage independence, skill‑building, and community involvement
• Assist with medication administration and transportation
• Complete documentation and maintain a safe environment
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members

• A caring, patient, and positive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to support individuals with varying needs
• Valid CT driver’s license required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
