About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our teams through expert management of calendars, travel, expenses, and daily operations within the office. This role is ideal for someone organized, communicative, and eager to learn and develop professionally. You will thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused setting and play an essential part in our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring exceptional service and clear communication.

  • Collaborate with other administrative staff and facilities to streamline workflows and share best practices across departments.

  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and cross-functional projects to enhance team collaboration and productivity.

  • Support special projects and maintain organizational excellence as needed.

  • Manage complex, heavy calendaring for multiple executives and teams, ensuring smooth scheduling and prioritization.

  • Coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.

  • Process and reconcile expense reports accurately and promptly, maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative coordinator or similar role, ideally supporting multiple stakeholders.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage heavy calendaring and detailed travel logistics, in addition to coordinating large meetings and team events.

  • Proficiency with expense management systems and office tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach.

  • Collaborative team player who is eager to learn, develop new skills, and grow within their role.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and keen attention to detail.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $82,000.00-$124,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.

Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
