Position Overview

The Advanced Practice Provider will play an integral role in the evaluation, diagnosis, and management of patients with acute and chronic pain conditions. Working closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, you will provide comprehensive, coordinated care while practicing at the top of your license.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including detailed medical histories and comprehensive physical examinations
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic pain conditions and related comorbidities in alignment with clinical best practices
  • Interpret diagnostic tests and clinical findings to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate in delivering interventional pain procedures and regenerative therapies under physician supervision
  • Implement and adjust treatment strategies to optimize patient outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, procedural expectations, and pain management strategies
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant medical documentation

Requirements: Requirements
  • Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
  • Current and unrestricted Florida APRN or PA license
  • Board certification as applicable
  • Active DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, primary care, or related specialty preferred
  • Experience with interventional procedures or assisting with procedures strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with regenerative medicine and interventional pain therapies is a plus
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to develop and manage individualized treatment plans for complex pain patients
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
