📍 50 Beharrell Street, Suite C, Concord, MA 01742We’re counting down to the grand opening of our brand-new, state-of-the-art Advanced Surgical Associates location in Concord – and we’re looking for an enthusiastic, compassionate, and detail-loving Scheduling Coordinator to help launch this practice with energy and excellence!As an elite oral surgery practice, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care and concierge-level service to our referring doctors. If you love providing a warm, welcoming experience, thrive in a fast-paced medical environment, and want to help build something new from the ground up, this is an exciting opportunity to join our team at just the right moment.Previous oral surgery experience is a plus, but your personality, professionalism, and commitment to outstanding patient care matter most.⭐ What You’ll Do (Role & Responsibilities)As our Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating an exceptional experience from the moment patients first connect with us.
