Position: Mailing Coordinator
Reports to: Direct Mail Production Manager
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Mailing
Location/Shift: Blue Ash, Ohio / 1st Shift

Essential Function:

The Mailing Coordinator is responsible for preparing mailing jobs for entry, coordinating 3rd party arrangements, and scheduling jobs to be produced in a timely, efficient and cost-effective manner.Experience:

• Knowledge of Mailing requirements, equipment, and processes

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Communicate effectively with internal teams
• Have an advanced knowledge of computers (knowledge of Pace and/or Prestige is a plus)
• Meet company and departmental standards, including: Customer Requirements, Compliance, Safety, Quality, etc.
• Follow Lahlouh ISO Quality Procedures and Work Instructions, and complete forms and checklists as necessary
• Follow Lahlouh policies outlined in the company handbook
• Work extended hours, as business needs dictate
• Perform other duties as required
• Attend and/or host company and department meetings
