Description:

Pay rate will be between $22.00 to $23.00 per hour (based on experience)

Full-time position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday 7:30 am to 3:00 pm

Position Summary
Easterseals Florida is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ADT Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our Adult Day Training (ADT) program. This hands-on leadership role supports and supervises ADT Instructors while ensuring engaging, high-quality services for members. The ADT Supervisor partners closely with the Center Director and confidently steps in to manage center operations when needed, helping to create a safe, supportive, and well-run program. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with all health, safety, licensing, and APD requirements while fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily ADT program operations and staff
  • Manage Center operations in the absence of the Center Director
  • Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating ADT staff
  • Ensure staff-to-member ratios, program plans, and curriculum are properly implemented
  • Support member goal tracking, documentation, and APD compliance
  • Coordinate activities, transportation, and medical needs as required
  • Communicate with members, families, case managers, and community partners
  • Ensure compliance with Medicaid Waiver, Qlarant, and APD standards
  • Provide life skills and basic vocational training to members
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and outreach events as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and one year of related experience, or equivalent combination
  • Minimum one year of experience working with adults with disabilities
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong leadership skills
  • High level of customer service and professionalism
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and internet tools
  • Ability to meet our approved driver qualifications in order to drive your personal vehicle, as required, for program-related needs (minimum age of 21 and good driving history)
