Primary Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and act as the primary point of contact for vehicle service needs.
• Consultative Selling: Determine vehicle needs based on customer information and vehicle walk-arounds; use a consultative process to plan ongoing maintenance.
• Order Management: Produce detailed repair orders with full transparency on cost and time estimates.
• Internal Coordination: Communicate frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely work completion.
• Follow-up: Maintain contact with customers regarding vehicle status using their preferred communication method and ensure post-service satisfaction.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experiences; prior sales experience is often preferred but not always required.
• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and follow-up skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Licensing: Valid in-state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record. Drug Screening
• Technology: Comfort and desire to work with automotive service technology.
