As the Director, you will partner with various teams to implement strategic initiatives and ensure the operational excellence of our projects. Accountabilities- Execute and support delivery of defined enterprise priorities and transformation initiatives.
- Translate strategic direction into detailed execution plans, milestones, and success metrics.
- Coordinate dependencies between Product, Technology, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams.
- Lead cross-functional programs such as enterprise change initiatives and product launch readiness.
- Manage timelines, scope, risks, and dependencies to keep initiatives on track.
- Run initiative-level or portfolio-level governance forums and status reviews.
- Develop execution metrics and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Partner with functional leaders for change enablement and stakeholder communication.
- Lead and develop a small team or program pod, setting clear priorities and expectations.
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 810 years of experience in strategic operations or enterprise initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
- Experience in technology-driven or scaling organizations.
- Background in supporting enterprise-level transformations.
- Strong partnership experience with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Commercial teams.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
