We're looking for an Area Director to lead multiple restaurants across Colorado. This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who is organized, driven, and knows how to lead teams in a fast-paced QSR environment.

About the Role

This is a multi-unit leadership position responsible for driving results, developing General Managers, and ensuring consistent execution across your market.

You'll spend the majority of your time in restaurants—coaching teams, supporting operations, and making sure every location is running the Good Times way.

What You'll Do

Lead and develop General Managers - Coach, support, and hold GMs accountable for performance - Build strong teams and develop future leaders - Create a positive, fun, and results-driven culture

Be hands-on in the field - Travel regularly between locations - Work alongside teams to support operations and training - Provide real-time coaching and feedback

Drive operational consistency - Ensure all restaurants meet Good Times standards for speed, quality, and cleanliness - Identify gaps and take action quickly - Support rollout of company initiatives and processes

Own your numbers - Manage sales, labor, and profitability across your area - Use KPIs to guide decisions and improve performance - Hold teams accountable to results

Stay organized and execute - Manage multiple locations, priorities, and timelines - Ensure follow-through on action plans and initiatives - Keep communication clear and consistent across your market

What You Bring

• Multi-unit leadership experience in QSR or fast-casual

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Hands-on leadership style—you lead from the restaurant, not behind a desk

• Ability to travel regularly between locations

• Strong communication and coaching skills

• A drive to build teams, improve operations, and deliver results

Salary: $68,000 – $75,000, depending on experience

Physical Requirements
