  • Responsibilities:
    • Cooking and coordinating all food preparation activities to ensure timely and high-quality meal production for the hot bar, salad bar, and "grab and go" section.
    • Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards to guarantee a safe environment.
    • Maintaining freshness throughout the department, prepping other food items and completing a variety of tasks assigned by the department manager
