DIS1 - HAIM - HAILIES LIMITED - Delivery Driver (Self-Employed)

Hailie's Limited is a Delivery Service Partner (DSP) for a major online retailer.

We are currently seeking drivers in the Dublin North area to join our team.

The job relies heavily on the use of mobile phone apps and emails requiring applicants to be adept at handling emails, phone apps, navigating and following instructions.

Drivers will be required to inspect their vehicles on a daily basis, fuel vehicles, log into various apps, collect packages from our customer warehouse and deliver throughout the day.Vehicles have to be cleaned, inspected and hardware returned in the evenings for the next shift.

This job requires employees to work every other weekend including Sunday's.

Applicants for these jobs must be self motivated, used to dealing with customers and have an ability to work under pressure.

All the relevant training will be provided.

Roles and responsibilities:

Delivering parcels to customers safely and efficiently while providing good customer service

Loading and unloading the delivery van

Obtaining signatures from customers

Liaising with and assisting the customer service team

Requirements:

Must have minimum of 3 years driving experience

Able to Work in Busy Environment with early morning / afternoons starts

Fluent in English language (written and verbal)

A confident experienced driver; Full/clean B license

Knowledge of map/GPS use/Apps

Punctual

Good with customers

Able to jump in and out of van several times a day

Able to lift heavy items

Able to pack a van

Professional appearance and conduct

Please note:

Drivers will be required to be registered as self employed and will have to comply with tax regulations at their own expense/time

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Salary: 14 per hour(126 per day)
