Job Description
Bronx, NY - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Licensed Practical Nurse:Work closely with RNs and physicians to deliver patient care, monitor vital signs, assist with medical procedures, and provide patient education. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, compassionate, and experienced in nursing.
Facility: Kings Harbor (2000 E Gun Hill Rd, Bronx, NY 10469)
Needs: Weekends Only
Requirements:
- Active LPN license
- Minimum 6months to 1 year of practical nursing experience (LTC/SNF)
- BLS certification
- Flexibility to work per diem shifts

Onboarding Requirements:
- Current Pre-employment Physical
- Current PPD/Quantiferon
- MMR Vaccine Records/Titers
