Revenue Recovery Representative at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

We are seeking to add an experienced team member to the Business Office at The WK Innovation Center. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate a strong work ethic, flexibility, dependability, excellent communication skills, computer knowledge and initiative to work independently. A few of the job responsibilities include verifying insurance to ensure that the correct policy was billed, seeking recovery of denied payments to the hospital, researching any reasons given by the payor for the denial of claims, tracking and monitoring denied claims. Orientation will be provided upon completion of the hiring process as well as ongoing training. Hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
