About the Role:

The Test Roll - 2026 position is a critical role focused on ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and timely management of data and processes related to organizational testing initiatives. The successful candidate will lead efforts to design, implement, and oversee comprehensive test plans that align with strategic objectives and compliance standards. This role requires collaboration across multiple departments to gather requirements, execute test cycles, and analyze results to drive continuous improvement. The individual will be responsible for maintaining detailed documentation and reporting to stakeholders to support decision-making and quality assurance. Ultimately, this position aims to enhance operational efficiency and product reliability through meticulous testing and validation activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with test management software and defect tracking systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional certification such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent.
  • Experience with automated testing tools and scripting languages.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps environments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards relevant to the industry.
  • Prior experience working in a cross-functional team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, quality assurance, and project management to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and outcomes, providing actionable insights to improve processes and product quality.
  • Maintain and update testing documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify risks and issues related to testing activities and proactively implement mitigation strategies.

The required skills enable the candidate to design and execute effective test plans that ensure product quality and reliability. Analytical skills are essential for identifying defects and understanding their root causes, while communication skills facilitate clear reporting and collaboration with stakeholders. Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools supports efficient workflow and documentation. Preferred skills such as automation and scripting enhance testing efficiency and coverage, allowing for faster feedback cycles. Additionally, knowledge of Agile and regulatory standards helps the candidate adapt testing processes to dynamic project environments and compliance requirements.
