Why This Role Matters

Agency Operations is the engine behind our growth. In this role, you’ll work closely with Business Development leadership and agency partners to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate data, compliant licensing, and operational excellence that allows our sales teams to focus on relationships and results.

What you can expect as a Sales Operations Coordinator (Insurance):

  • Coordinate new agency onboarding, changes, and terminations

  • Process agency contracts and licensing appointments/terminations

  • Maintain and audit agency data in Salesforce and Guidewire for accuracy

  • Support Business Development leaders with administrative and operational needs

  • Track and report on projects and department metrics

  • Serve as a point of contact for agency partner inquiries

  • Coordinate co-op advertising requests and cost tracking

  • Assist with initiatives that improve efficiency and accuracy across the department

What we are looking for as a Sales Operations Coordinator (Insurance):

  • Professional Insurance Industry Designation, 440 or 220 insurance license
  • Prior Insurance experience
  • Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Must be detailed oriented
  • High School diploma or general education degree (GED); additionally, any undergraduate education desirable, minimum 2 years’ experience and/or training in P&C Insurance desired; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must possess the ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, correspondence, and memos as well as write simple correspondence. Must also be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Must be proficient with the following: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Must be able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Must also be able to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
