Location: On-Site in Denver, CO

Position:Virtual Customer Service Agent

Compensation: $22/hour
Availability: Morning Shifts, Overnight Shifts.

What will I do?

• Respond to correspondence and problem resolution promptly, display a caring attitude, and developrapport with the customer base.
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and can-do attitude.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude!
• Customer service experience is required.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.

Experience:

• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking industry experience is preferred but not required.

Physical Demands:

• Willingness to work in the elements heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.
• Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and squat frequently throughout a shift.
