The Opportunity:

• Is physically present in the community at a minimum of 3 days per week and serves as the first point of contact for Nation Designated Representatives
• Provides support to Nation Designated Representative and on-call Family Guidance Workers
• Serves as liaise between Family Guidance Workers and Nation in service delivery

What You Will Bring to The Role:

• Bachelor of Social Work or Bachelor of Art in Child and Youth Care, or related degree.

• 3 years’ experience working with children and families in a related role
• Is C6 delegated and trained social worker and or/must be eligible for C6 child protection delegation under the Child, Family and Community Services Act (CFCSA in British Columbia)

Wage Range: The target hiring range for this position is $40.5169 to $52.4706 per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants’ role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
