Join our dynamic finance team as one of its earliest leaders, contributing to the development of our financial planning strategies as we strive for hypergrowth. Our team spans 20 cities worldwide, with dual headquarters in Singapore and New York, totaling 250 team members.
The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, commercially savvy, and hands-on leader to lead and scale our most important banking clients and partnerships across the market. This is a leadership role, responsible for strategically growing the loyalty program for the Client, signing large merchant partnerships and driving rapid tech delivery to transform our clients’ loyalty programs into powerful growth levers.
Your Impact
  • Lead and grow key Client and Partner relationships in the market by creating a compelling strategic vision with each client that turns their loyalty program from a cost center into an impactful growth lever
  • Identify revenue growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling with existing clients
  • Lead partner management, new partner acquisition and long-term partnership strategy across the market
  • Drive sustained partnership growth by expanding existing relationships, unlocking new revenue streams (e.g., new rewards bundles), and scaling high-impact collaborations across the ecosystem
  • Own the end-to-end BD cycle for new partnerships across prospecting, first discussions, in-depth consultative collaboration, commercial negotiation, contracting and implementation
  • Leverage data, reporting and analytics dashboards to deliver actionable insights for Banks and better data-informed decisions
  • Design and sell in targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns that drive member activation, spend, and engagement
  • Oversee the launch of major new rewards program upgrades, partnering closely with Ascenda’s Product & Engineering teams for flawless and fast-paced execution
  • Provide leadership and direction to the commercial function in the market by collaborating with senior leaders across functions and mobilizing resources to drive regional commercial priorities
Who You Are
  • 12+ years of experience in loyalty, rewards, or financial services, with a strong track record in the region and hands-on experience launching loyalty programs and solutions
  • Strong understanding of loyalty economics, digital customer engagement, and bank/merchant ecosystems.
  • Gravitas and relationship-building skills with senior-level decision-makers (C-suite at banks, payment providers).
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to structure and lead complex negotiations
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Intellectually curious, innovative, and solutions-focused, with a drive to stay ahead of market trends
  • A collaborative and adaptable operator who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong bias for action and a results-oriented mindset, with the ability to move quickly from strategy to execution - willing to roll up sleeves, get into the details, and drive progress
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing teams
