Your Role

• Lead and Inspire: Motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team of upholstery professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and pride in craftsmanship.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Streamline processes, optimize resources, and uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
• Own Performance: Manage budgets, capacity planning, and KPIs - balancing commercial acumen with a passion for people and product.
• Champion Growth: Ensure your team receives the training and development needed to stay at the forefront of technical and procedural excellence.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Quality, Sales, and other departments to deliver seamless customer experiences and support business growth.
• Ensure Compliance: Lead by example in audit readiness, corrective actions, and documentation for airworthiness and regulatory requirements.
• Support Sales: Play a key role in quoting, sales support, and the strategic growth of our Upholstery Shop business.

Who You Are

• A proven leader with several years of experience in interior manufacturing or aviation environments.
• Commercially minded, with a strong grasp of budgets, KPIs, and resource planning.
• A collaborative communicator who builds trust and alignment across teams.
• Technically educated, hands-on, and proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
