Job Summary
The University of Kentucky is seeking an Enterprise Applications Group Team Lead to provide leadership for the Enterprise Applications Procurement and Materials Management Team. This position is responsible for overseeing application support, enhancement, and innovation efforts. The Team Lead supervises a team of functional and technical development professionals and partners with key stakeholders, including Business & Process Owners, university partners, SAP Core Team leadership, and other units across Information Technology Services to ensure the most efficient and effective use of tools and resources.

This role oversees system reliability and ensures compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The team lead collaborates with stakeholders and business process owners to understand key initiatives and challenges, helping to establish and prioritize development efforts. Strong and effective communication with stakeholders and business process owners is essential. This position has supervisory responsibilities, including managing day-to-day operations, coordinating assignments and workloads, and ensuring team members receive necessary training while fostering knowledge share across the team.
